Hello Fall!! As the air gets a bit more crisp, you may be searching for a replacement for your regular dose of sunshine and Vitamin D that has been helping you zen out all summer. How about some yoga?
I am nearing the end of my first year with a Passport to Prana and can’t say enough great things about it. Currently running in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Victoria, Passport to Prana is your ticket to touring yoga studios, instructors and types of yoga in your city. For a measly $30, you’ll get a physical card that entitles you to one free yoga class at each participating studio in your city within a year.
My Passport to Prana has taken me to over 20 studios in Toronto over the past year (out of the over 70 participating studios in the city). I’ve tried everything from hot yoga to spynga (yoga & spin together), from large studios to small community-minded studios. Not married to one particular style of practice, the Passport has been perfect for me to explore what the yoga community in Toronto has to offer. Visits to 889 Yonge and The Yoga Lounge have been my favorite experiences so far, both for the beautiful studios and incredibly kind and welcoming staff and instructors.
I’ve enjoyed the flexibility and versatility of the Passport so much that I’ve decided to renew for another year – who’s joining me?!
